Refunds are calculated based on the timing of your request and the specific terms of the service booked. Refunds always return to the original payment method never to a different card or account. Always shown clearly before confirming your cancellation:

What can and cannot be recovered
Visa applications involve embassy fees collected and submitted on your behalf. Once that process begins, those costs cannot be recovered.
If you need to cancel before submission, contact us immediately we may be able to refund a portion depending on preparation stage.
A small window act quickly
Travel insurance can be refunded, but only within a very narrow window. Once the policy is activated and the coverage period begins, no refund is possible under any circumstance.
If you've purchased insurance but haven't activated it yet, contact us right away time is the deciding factor.

Refund amounts depend on the airline's fare rules. Some airlines charge a flat cancellation fee; others offer no refund at all on certain ticket classes.
