To book with Wandrstar you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
Every detail you provide names, passport numbers, travel history must be accurate. Errors can delay bookings, cause visa rejections, or result in denied boarding.
A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Wandrstar. Until then, prices and availability can change.
Once confirmed, any changes may incur amendment fees depending on supplier policies. We'll always advise you of fees before processing.
Full payment is required to confirm your booking. All transactions use PCI-DSS compliant gateways your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Prices include applicable taxes. Additional charges (airport fees, surcharges) are shown in a clear breakdown before you pay. No surprises at checkout.
Payments accepted in major currencies. If exchange rates change before payment is received, we notify you immediately.

Refundable bookings are processed within 7-15 business days. If Wandrstar cancels a service, you receive a full refund and we work to find an alternative.

The final decision rests entirely with the relevant embassy or consulate. Wandrstar is not responsible for delays, rejections, or processing timeline changes caused by government authorities.
