How do I apply for a visa with WandrStar?
Choose your destination, review the visa requirements and fees, and hit the apply button when ready. You are securely redirected to our verified visa partner, sherpa, where you fill in the application, upload documents and pay. WandrStar doesn't collect your visa details or documents.
What documents are required?
Required documents include: valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), passport-size photo with white background, confirmed return tickets, hotel booking confirmation, and proof of sufficient funds.
What are the photo requirements?
Photos must be recent (within the last 6 months), against a plain white background, and clearly show your full face without glasses. The minimum size is 35mm × 45mm.
What if my visa is rejected — can I get a refund?
Applications are made and paid for on sherpa, so refunds follow sherpa's refund policy, shown before you pay. Government visa fees are generally non-refundable because they are paid to the authorities.
Is travel insurance mandatory?
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required by the immigration authority of your destination. Coverage should be a minimum of $50,000 for the duration of your stay.
